Couldn’t really be bothered telling the girl off properly so felt like this is the best course due to how strange that interaction wasThey have recently hired a shorter girl, not sure of name, with situational and surrounding awareness. As I was about to leave she yelled excuse me, so I took my ear phone off, you would think having them in and being in a hurry was enough social ques but I guess not. This was roughly : today, she decided the best manner to speak to me was to... sit on the till counter like a child? Body facing her colleague and twisting her neck to chat to me, the opening was as rude as it could be so I made sure to listen and not point any of this out as she clearly wasn’t interested given her vocal and body language. Not a way I would expect an adult to chat to me nor a shop attendant, people’s food items go on there also, don’t sit on that...She mentioned “I nearly knocked her out the other day” as I “hit her with my bag” and she did a dramatic interpretation with her head... again, very oddI know what she is referring too. She was referring to when I was passing, she was in a fridge, I yelled excuse me and passed, as I was mostly passed she decided to jump out the fridge or swing her head back or something, Not sure, either way my body was passed and she hit my bag. I want to stress that, I was moving in a straight line, as this is a straight hallway, she hit my bag, I wasn’t swinging it about. What is odd here is, the shop is tight, i am not small, she should be aware of what is going on, have an ear to listen and to move even after I have passed... heard me yell excuse me in reality and I was mostly passed her already, had she not felt or seen that a person was passing her in some way? And to go as far as to call me over, on a different day entirely, in such a manner, to bring up such a scenario was just silly and pathetic. Other customers were about as well? Either speak to me when the time is right, when the situation adds up, and maybe in the correct manner.Bizarre and rude encounter, getting real tired of stuff like that in this particular shop, one person less won’t effect business much so I am going to call it quits here as it won’t slow down any time soon

This shop is clearly poorly managed:- staff are smoking outside all times ( we don’t know what they are smoking)- some staff are rude and rejected to take all the boxes as Evri drop off shop claiming that there is no space without even looking at the remaining small boxes) those who were arguing named Kay and James- for one stop management if you do a business with Evri so respect your word and be committed to the serviceNot recommended at all
